All decorated & personalized items are final sale
Returns or exchanges will only be considered in the following circumstances:

The item is outside of manufacturer specifications

The item is received damaged

A personalization error was made on Impact/911 Lockers behalf (including spelling or layout errors)
Blank (undecorated) items may be eligible for return or exchange if all of the following conditions are met:

Items are unworn, unwashed, and unused

Items include original tags, stickers, and packaging
-
A return request is submitted within thirty (30) days of purchase
Items that show signs of wear, use, or are missing original tags or packaging will not be accepted.

Refund/exchange requests
All return and exchange requests must be approved in advance. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error made on Impact/911 Locker’s behalf. Return requests must be made within thirty (30) days of purchase.
