911 locker is powered by impact - a company with over 20 years of custom apparel experience. our team, based in our cumberland, ri facility, is made up of 29 full time employees with some pretty amazing skills! While you will most often see the account management team, much of the heavy lifting happens "behind the curtain." Whether you are working with our incredibly creative art department, efficient customer service team or you meet one of our dedicated production team members, you will recognize a consistent theme of dedication, loyalty and genuine love of thEir craft.
JOHN DEDONATO
John brings over 30 years of marketing and branding experience to impact. with experience doing national account management for a facilities management company (Atlanta, GA) to technical sales and serving as the director of marketing in the telecom industry (Waltham, MA), john brings a depth and breath of sales & marketing knowledge to his customers. with a passion for working with customers and helping small businesses, john has spearheaded the 911 locker creation and roll out. working with the public safety sector through the development of the Mobile Showroom and changing the way departments manage their uniform programs.
Julia SIMPSON
Julia is a roll-up-her-sleeves-and-get-the-job-done type of account manager who brings both creativity and dedication to every project. With a strong background in design and customer service, she is able to seamlessly guide customers through each stage of a project—from initial concept to final delivery. Her exceptional organizational and communication skills help ensure that every detail is handled thoughtfully and that projects are completed exactly as her customers envision. Paired with her approachable personality and stellar sense of humor, Julia builds strong client relationships and makes even complex projects feel manageable.
STEVE PARENT
Steve is a seasoned EMS professional with 27 years of experience in emergency services, including 24 years as a paramedic. Since March 2025, he has transitioned into public safety apparel and equipment sales, where he manages Fire, EMS, and Police accounts across Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Drawing on his extensive frontline experience and strong regional sales knowledge, Steve brings a unique, firsthand understanding of the operational needs of first-responder agencies. He is committed to helping departments identify practical, reliable product solutions that support the safety, performance, and readiness of the professionals he serves.
Brett Pinske is a U.S. Army Veteran who was honorably discharged in 2001 after serving overseas as a team leader on multiple missions. He brings over two decades of experience in sales, customer service, and account management, with a proven ability to build strong client relationships and successfully bid on and secure new business. Brett is known for his reliability, professionalism, and commitment to delivering high-quality service, making him a trusted partner to the clients and organizations he supports.
BRETT Pinske
Bernie has dedicated his entire career to the Emergency Medical Services field, serving as a first responder for over 47 years across a variety of roles and responsibilities. Throughout his career, he has worn many uniforms, giving him a deep, firsthand understanding of the challenges and demands faced by first responders. Known for his approachable nature, he connects easily with fellow first responders and understands the importance of trust, reliability, and support in high-pressure environments. He is highly organized, dependable, and consistently available, bringing a steady and professional presence to every situation.
