Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Shipping methods and rates are calculated in real time at checkout based on package size, weight, and destination. Shipping rates are determined automatically by the carrier and are not set or adjusted by us.
Production timelines vary by item and vendor availability. Blank goods may take up to two (2) business weeks to arrive at our facility prior to decoration and shipment. This timeline does not include carrier transit time.
While we make every effort to meet estimated timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, carrier delays, supply chain disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Once an order has shipped and leaves our facility, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages. Any delivery issues must be addressed directly with the carrier using the tracking information provided.
Customers are responsible for verifying that all shipping information is accurate at checkout.
address changes after ordering
Requests to change a shipping address must be submitted as soon as possible. If an order has not yet shipped, we may be able to accommodate an address change; however, this is not guaranteed and fees may apply. Once a shipping label has been created or the order has entered the shipping process, address changes cannot be made.
returned packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the order to the corrected address. Customers are responsible for verifying that all shipping information is accurate at checkout.
